Maxmyprofit (MMP) was established in 2015 by Ben Fewtrell and David Carlin to provide business opportunity to SMEs to grow profitable and successful businesses that they initially imaged when they first started. It's main purpose is to provide resources, training and education, and a range of business support and assistance services to SMEs.

Drawing on the established systems and over many decades of direct SME experience across various industries, the Business Excelerators at Maxmyprofit understand the major problems business owners face and provide education and guidance to help overcome them.

We have innovated a new way of interacting and providing knowledge and resources in addition to working to ensure the businesses we work with add revenue and profits to their businesses.

Each year our impact provides millions of dollars in new revenue to our businesses, more employment but most of all, more piece of mind to our owners and their teams that their business can grow and be successful.

The resources available are designed for you to be able to work on your own if that suits you, or with one of our experienced Business Excelerators.

Our Business Excelerators provide a mix of accountability and inspiration, education and support, guidance and advice, and picking you up when you need it and giving you a proverbial kick in the butt on occasion too!

They work with you using our tools to develop an action plan and ensure you stay on track to implement it. You will become crystal clear on what your goals are and will work with you to turn those goals into a reality.

Foundation – Getting Control

Building a foundation is the basis for any solid structure. This ensures the structure can stay in place without the need for you to have to continually be there to support it.

The Foundation Stage is about gaining control of your business, managing your cash flow and creating the profitability that will enable you to invest for long term growth.

Optimise – Develop Systems and Utilise Technology

Now your business has a solid foundation, predictable cash flow and profitability, it is time to invest in creating systems and utilize technology to streamline your processes.

The Optimise stage is about automating repetitive tasks and turning your business into a well-oiled profit making machine.

There are 5 key areas of Optimising;
