Maxmyprofit (MMP) was established in 2015 by Ben Fewtrell and David Carlin to provide help and support to business owners who want to grow successful and profitable businesses. They have worked with enough business owners to know what works and what doesn’t and their main purpose is to provide business owners like yourself with the coaching and support you need.

Drawing on the established systems and over many decades of direct SME experience across various industries, the Business Excelerators at Maxmyprofit understand the major problems business owners like you face and provide education and guidance to help you overcome them

Each year our impact provides millions of dollars in new revenue to our businesses, more employment and more stability, but most of all, more piece of mind to our members and their teams that their business can grow and be successful.

Our Business Excelerators provide a mix of accountability and inspiration, education and support, guidance and advice,picking you up when you need it and giving you a proverbial kick in the butt on occasion too!

They work with you using our tools to develop an action plan and ensure you stay on track to implement it. You will become crystal clear on what your goals are and will work with you to turn those goals into a reality.

Foundation – Getting Control

Building a foundation is the basis for any solid structure. This ensures the structure can stay in place without the need for you to have to continually be there to support it.

The Foundation Stage is about gaining control of your business, managing your cash flow and creating the profitability that will enable you to invest for long term growth.

There are 5 key areas of Foundation:

  • Making sure your business is structured for growth
  • Understanding your financials
  • Having a plan to guide you and your team
  • Investing your time in the right areas
  • Test & Measure/KPI’s and reporting

Here we’ll help you structure your business for growth, you’ll be clear on your business and personal goals and develop a plan for achieving them. You’ll be learning to understand and measure the effectiveness of your financials, people, systems, sales and marketing, and putting KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) in place to help you track your progress and hold yourself and your team accountable.

You’ll look at where you and your team are spending your time and adjust to free up time allowing you to work ON your business and maximize productivity.

Growth – Create Predictable Cash flow

Once your foundations are set, it’s time to grow your business further and learn how to create predictable cash flow.

The growth stage is about maximizing your sales and profits.

There are 5 key areas of growth:

  • Generating qualified leads
  • Developing your unique selling proposition
  • Developing your sales process to maximize conversion rate
  • Increasing customer buying frequency
  • Increasing Average transaction value

Here you’ll create a marketing plan to attract qualified leads and develop a sales process that is systemized and easy to use. You’ll implement strategies to get your customers coming back more often and spending more with you each time they do.

We’ll help you create your USP (Unique Selling Proposition) to reduce price competition and help educate your marketplace as to why they should choose you over your competitors.

Optimise – Develop Systems and Utilise Technology

Now your business has a solid foundation, predictable cash flow and profitability, it is time to invest in creating systems and utilize technology to streamline your processes.

The Optimise stage is about automating repetitive tasks and turning your business into a well-oiled profit making machine.

There are 5 key areas of Optimising;

  • Save Time by systemizing repetitive tasks
  • Gain control and feel confident you can delegate
  • Create efficiency getting things done right
  • Improve consistency
  • Increase the value of your business

One of the keys to a successful business is to systemise every repetitive task and use technology where possible to make it easier for you and your team to use your systems

Having your systems in place will help you scale quicker and stop the business relying on you having to be there. This also adds great value to your business should you plan to sell or franchise it in the future.

Transition – Build Your Leadership and Management Team

In the Transition stage, you will build your leadership and management team, you’ll move from working IN your business to working ON your business.

A successful business will always rely on building a great team, but for you to move away from the day to day operations of your business you will need to build your own leadership team.

Your leadership team should comprise of the most talented people you can attract, as they are there to help drive your business.

The 5 key areas of the Transition are:

  • Recruiting or grooming leaders in your business
  • Going from working IN your business to working ON your business
  • Management reporting and accountability
  • Developing your own leadership
  • Learning to coach your leadership team

At the completion of the transition stage your business will no longer rely on you. Your team will run the systems, and your systems will run your business.

Diversify – Enhance your wealth and lifestyle

Your business no longer relies on you being there, and thus you’re able to focus on new opportunities.

This is where you only work ON the business if you choose. In other words, if you don’t do anything, your business will still perform profitably and predictably.

This stage is when you become “Chair of the Board”. You are strategically directing the business and with a stream of passive income you now have the time, financial resources and organization to pursue growth strategies, such as:
