Business coaching comes in many different forms where you’ll find everything from Group Coaching Programs, advisory boards and tailored one on one business coaching programs. The business coaching program that is best suited to you will depend on the size of your business and your available cash flow.
What does Business Coaching Cost?
As a general guide, Business Coaching will cost you somewhere between $12,000 and $40,000 per annum. Typically, you’ll get access to a minimal amount of one on one Business Coaching at the lower end, possibly a monthly Business Coaching strategy session, and at the high-end you would expect a weekly business coaching session with your own dedicated business coach.
How much does it cost to work with an experienced Business Coach?
If you’re looking to work with a very experienced business coach, you could expect to pay over $40,000 per year, depending on the size of your business, the size of your team and how quickly you would like to get a result.
How much should I spend on a Business Coach?
Whilst the cost of your business coaching program is important, it shouldn’t be your only deciding factor. For example, a group business coaching program may be cheaper, however, working within a group usually means the program is not tailored to your specific needs and it will take longer for you to get a return on investment. In addition, a lower investment level of business coaching will usually mean less one on one time, if any, with a business coach.
How do I choose a Business Coaching Program?
I would suggest choosing a business coaching program based on what your needs are rather then looking at it from a cost perspective. It is unlikely you will start a business coaching program if you are unable to see yourself getting a return on investment.
If you consider that working with a business coach, could increase your annual revenue by at least $50,000 per year then you should be comfortable investing at least half of that amount to make it happen. Business coaching will deliver ongoing results even after you have completed your business coaching program.
