Everything has accelerated since joining MaxMyProfit. We have good systems in place now and the work life balance has definitely come back.

By working through the MaxMyProfit program with my coach, its helped me with allocating time efficiently, and then looking at which roles and responsibilities I could delegate and pass down to other members of the team.

My biggest transformation since starting with MaxMyProfit has been my time management skills, now I’m starting to focus on the key tasks of the business and what’s important to making my business profitable and reliable.

So not actually adding any time on to what I was already doing. But making sure that I stepped away from the business and take time to work on the business.

That’s allowed me to have a lot more clarity on our future direction.

Im well on my journey to start transitioning out of working in the business to working on the business by training up someone to take over my role and that’s going to allow me to work more on the business rather than getting jobs out to clients.
