Does your marketing work?
Your Introductory guide to testing and measuring your marketing. This is part one of our 6 part Test and Measure series.
Testing & Measuring in your business is the one sure thing that will assist in achieving massive results.
Welcome to the MaxMyProfit Testing & Measuring system. We are really looking forward to reviewing your results and helping you to develop your business into “A Commercial Profitable Enterprise That Works Without You!”
You will find included in this package the Testing & Measuring System basic forms. This contains all of your master forms for the first 6 weeks. Before you start using the forms, we recommend you copy them and retain the originals. By doing so, should we jointly decide to extend the measuring beyond the six weeks, we will immediately have the recording documents available.
The forms you complete will help determine your conversion rate; average dollar sale and where your leads and prospects are coming from. If you need to refine any of the forms for your business that’s fine. As long as you can track how many leads are coming in, how many sales are being made, what is your average $$$ sale and (if you are a repeat business) how many times your customers are coming back.
The layout of the Daily Sales Sheets may vary from business to business, but the weekly total sheets remain the same. So when you take on your next business all you may need to alter will be the Daily Sales Sheet.
Each of your team members must have a Daily Sales Sheet, and also put one near each phone along with your phone scripts (when we’ve designed them) so you can take the details of each caller, and how they found out about you.
Selecting a “High C” team member (pretest using the DISC forms) and making it their responsibility to compile the totals of these sheets every day and every week will also aid you in identifying what areas of your business need work. High C’s will love this task, D’s and I’s will probably want to avoid it like the plague!
However, “knowing your numbers” is the most important area of your business so make sure your team members know just how important their role and this task is to the growth of the business. You will be required to test and measure for six weeks before we decide if we continue beyond that period. Any Testing and Measuring for the following periods will be carried out in six-week blocks with each block being called “a period”.
You will be required to analyse your daily, weekly and period forms for the first six weeks, and then just your weekly and period forms thereafter. This will give a trend analysis so that we can make qualified decisions in your business. This is a step-by-step process to determine how we are going to achieve those goals.
Your coach will discuss all this with you in your initial 90 days of coaching.
